Jamaican Black Castor Oil Shampoo with Shea Butter. Also known as Karite, Shea butter was used for centuries in Africa to moisturize and protect the skin from harsh weather conditions. It was also used to moisturize the scalp, thus stimulating hair growth. It was (and still is) used to heal scarring of the scalp and skin including burns, stretch marks and in some cases eczema and dermatitis.

HOW TO USE: Apply shampoo to hair, lather, rinse and repeat.
TIP: For natural hair: wash 3 times and then apply the Tropic Isle Living Black Castor Oil Conditioner. For permed and texturized hair: wash no more than twice, then apply Tropic Isle Living Black Castor Oil Conditioner for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Put on heating cap for 30 minutes. OR massage castor oil into hair, put on heating cap and sit under dryer or 10 minutes.
